I've had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Tenom Mee both before and after the MCO (Movement Control Order), and I am thrilled to report that the quality remains consistently outstanding. While the kopitiam offers a variety of dishes, the star is undoubtedly the Tenom Noodles. These noodles, hailing from Tenom in Sabah, are a true delight.
What sets Tenom Noodles apart? Well, it all begins with the fundamental noodle base. The dish is simple yet satisfying, allowing the ingredients to shine. On my recent visit, I customized my plate by adding an array of meats - char siew (barbequed pork) and lean meat - resulting in a protein-packed and utterly fulfilling meal.
Just look at this inviting plate of noodles - it practically begs for your attention.
If you are curious about other must-try dishes in Kota Kinabalu, I recommend exploring further here.
