From the moment you step into Nadodi, you’re transported into a world of elegance and flavor. The entrance itself sets the tone for what’s to come—an immersive gastronomic adventure. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about guiding you through the experience. Their hospitality begins the moment you arrive and continues seamlessly throughout your meal.
I opted for the Nomadic Trails tasting menu, and every dish felt like a chapter in a beautifully crafted story. Each plate was thoughtfully explained by our server, including the wine pairings that complemented the flavors perfectly. While I couldn’t recall every detail, the storytelling behind each dish made the experience truly memorable.

6. Spring Leaves featuring Spring Chicken, Chili Leaf, Chicken Skin Crispies, Black Truffle
7. Hoggets & Merkels featuring Lamb Saddle, Morels, Black Lentils, Caramelised Coconut
8. Nomad’s Globe featuring Short Grain Rice White Briyani, Blue Swimmers Salna, Yoghurt, Pineapple Salad
9. Sour Leaves featuring Roselle Ice Cream, Roselle Granita, Roselle Oil
10. Kithul featuring Coconut, Custard, Puffed Rice, Cashew Butter, Spiced Rum Treacle
