First thing first, what is so special about Suzuka Circuit? The Suzuka Circuit, nestled in the picturesque prefecture of Japan, is a mecca for motorsports enthusiasts. Having a VIP ticket to watch F1 from the paddock becomes an unforgettable experience where the experience transcends mere spectacular and exceptional.
1. Culinary Delights and Refreshments
Stepping into the exclusive VIP lounge, one is amazed with the food selection. The culinary spread is a feast for the senses, savouring delectable delicacies while watching the race with fellow enthusiasts. Plus, the free-flowing drinks from a glass of champagne, red wine, or refreshing non-alcoholic drinks keep the excitement alive.

2. Where art meets culture
Within the club paddock vicinity, creativity intertwines with speed, amidst great selection of food. Here, you can see Japanese artists meticulously paint the beautiful lanterns. There’s also the F1 simulator - an opportunity to don the racer’s helmet and navigate the virtual track. And indeed, mastering it is no easy feat; my virtual own car somersaulted twice.

3. Meet and Greet Session
Depending on your lounge and sponsor, you might find yourself rubbing shoulders with racing legends, for a few minutes. During our weekend, we had the privilege of meeting CharlesLeclerc, Frederic Vasseur (Team Principal of Ferrari) and Giogio Piola. Their sharing and insights added an extra layer of excitement to the experience.

4. Pit Lane Access
Best experience ever. Here, we get to see teams orchestrated lightning-fast tire changes. The speed of changing tires, the teamwork, precision, and determination left us in awe. Speed is indeed everything when comes to F1. And certainly, when you stand a mere metre away from the action, you would have your camera ready to capture candid moments like that.
5. Truck Ride: Buckle Up!
Finally, the circuit truck ride. The track, which is so family from TV screens, reveals its true character. Unlike what we see on screen, the track has its challenges with uphill gradients and downhill stretches, with one corner after another. Hopping on the truck and feeling the undulating terrain was incredible. The cold wind that slapped your face with hair blowing left and right is certainly applauding the thrill to course through our veins.
Was it worth the money?
Answer is yes, without a doubt! This once-in-a-lifetime experience left an inedible mark on my soul. As I reflect on those exhilarating days at Suzuka, I’m grateful for the opportunity to join this event.
