As a Klang girl, I firmly believe you can never separate me from my beloved BaKutTeh. On the food adventure in Setia Alam, I headed straight to Bak Kut Teh Three Hundred.
It was only four of us, but we ordered a feast - pork galore! You wouldn’t imagine what we ordered and to our surprise, we finished them all. The porky quota was hit immediately once we savored the last sip of the broth. By the end of our indulgence, we were so stuffed that dinner was out of the question.
1. BaKuTeh Soup for 2 pax
2. BaKuTeh Dry for 1 pax
3. Pork Intestine for 1 pax
4. Pork Legs for 1 pax
5. Chicken Feet for 1 pax
Will we go again?
Given that we dine in an air-conditioned restaurant, no doubt we will go there again. Rather than drenched in sweat, Bak Kut Teh Three Hundred is a good place for lunch with friends and family, or it could be a good spot for breakfast too. FYI, Klang-rians usually have BaKuTeh for breakfast.
Ambiance: 6/10
Price: $$$
Food: Chinese, non-halal
Service: Average
Remarks: overall, it was satisfying. However, the dry Bakuteh lacks flavors and oomph.
