After our Hatyaiexpedition, we embarked on a delightful journey to Penang, eager to savor its unique culinary offerings. Rather than sticking to the familiar Penang char kuey teow and oyster omelette, we decided to embrace Penang gastronomic adventure.

 

Here are three delectable dishes that you absolutely must try in Penang:


1. Penang Char Koay Kak:

A savory medley of stir-fried rice cakes, radish, and eggs, seasoned with fragrant spices. Don’t miss the crispy edges and the delightful interplay of flavors. And you must try it at this place, Kedai Kopi Seow Fong Lye and it opens in the morning.
