Five Guys at Genting Highlands

How can you leave Genting Highlands when you have not tried Five Guys? Note that Five Guys in Genting Highlands is their first outlet and recently, they have just opened the second outlet in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. That means you do not need to drive all the way to Genting Highlands for this as you can have it in the town itself.

Renowned for its fresh, juicy burger that is cooked to perfection and all kind(s) of toppings could be added based on your preferences between the fresh-baked buns, how can you say no to Five Guys? Comes with a variety of choices for its toppings, which you can mix and match – from pickles, tomatoes, mushrooms, jalapenos, lettuce, etc. But if you are unsure what to choose, just go with all-the-way (which follows their recommendation that has 9 toppings).

Cheeseburger (RM40)

Five Guys mainly cater to beef eaters. Serves 100% halal-certified beef on its menu and if you don't fancy beef, then sorry, this place might not suit you unless you wish to try their veggie sandwich, but hello...why would you want to try that in Five Guys.

Another thing to have when you are in Five Guys is their famous fries which are a ‘boardwalk style’ fry, meaning they are hand-cut on-site and cooked in 100% peanut oil. Not to forget is their milkshake. Did you know that you can also customize your milkshakes? There are 8 free mix-ins, from chocolate, peanut butter, salted caramel, malted milk, banana, and strawberry to vanilla and oreo cookie pieces, so it is up to you how adventurous you are.

Five Guys Style Fries (Large – RM30) and Milkshakes (RM25) -- for milkshakes, I opted for Strawberry and Oreo Cookie pieces. It was ‘kao’ as in very thick and creamy. It’s very delicious but I find it a bit sweet.
